Introduction…

In a historic difficult time for Iraq and its Kurdish territory in this critical stage of its history under the unjust  U.S. occupation and regional interference brought tragedy and destruction, killing and displacement  for its people . It did not pass in any period of its history of political and social ancient and modern ... At the time of  ready of all Iraqis brave men  from different classes  to  combatant at different inclinations, intellectual fight the occupiers and those involved in its affairs to expel them and restore the sovereignty of their country. Group of educated and aware of belonging to all segments of Kurdish society  determined to form a national organizational combines in its ranks the elements of national and pan different views and intellectual experiences of struggle and former Management in Kurdistan and abroad to enter the field of struggle for the performance of The role of militant jihad against foreign occupation and actors in the affairs of the country and maintenance of the gains and development of Kurdish nationalism within the Iraqi national unity.

Kurdistan Party of Freedom and Justice did not identify the intellectual basis of the ideology of a particular, but it stems from the directions and principles and values which constitute the features of a general of national identity and intellectual property derived his ideas primarily from the values of freedom and justice are values that is holy to both human and deserve from the defense and struggle to take root in the fields of life.

Struggling party of freedom and justice Kurdistan to restore Iraq's sovereignty and the rule of law and respect for the rights of Iraqis, Arabs and Kurds and Turkmen and other national minorities and respect for the separation of powers, equality between the Iraqis and to achieve economic prosperity and living conditions and build institutions to serve the nation and citizens.

The party struggles to establish a democratic right, both within the party leadership to overcome the inherited  of leadership and the fight against deviations ethnic, religious and sectarian of all ranks, or exercise among the people a way to service and achieve their aspirations and advancement of social renaissance and progress.

Our Party asserts that the transition to a new era of political action requires taking the necessary measures, including revision of the constitution and the release of political prisoners and repeal of laws and arbitrary actions against large groups and actors in the Iraqi society and a sound and fair elections in the country. 

The party emphasizes  that it is open  on all of the national political forces  in the country if they are religious ,secular, socialist or liberal and reject violence in all its forms and colors .

It said that l the dialogue is the best  civilization way  to reach  to joint satisfactions  between the parties  of the political movements  for building the nation. Also the  dialogue  didn’t inclusive, but including all political ,social actors, national and religious Categories to be integrated national dialogue and meaningful to build Iraq and its unity.

Despite the difference in the ideological trends in some of the objectives and principles of the Party  with some parties and forces, Kurdish, we have seen that the emergence of our party came into being on the scene Kurdish and Iraqi source of strength in their struggle to preserve the rights of Kurdish nationalism within a unified Iraq, it is possible coexistence peacefully together, and even coordination in many of the pressing issues of our people.

The Kurdistan  Freedom and Justice party puts priorities in principles of care of the interests of landless laborers and low-income people in Kurdistan-class basis and support in various ways such as distribution of land to them and loans to build houses right for them and find solutions for the unemployed of our people who suffered injustice in all its history and to this day care and science and scientists and scientists and students to send missions to the transfer of all that is new scientific, technology and civilized to our country to them in various walks of life, scientific, economic, agricultural, technological, tourist and other .... And pay interest and objectives to provide better health services, educational, environmental, municipal, energy and all areas of service to the citizens and the expansion of schools, universities, hospitals and houses of worship and tourist facilities, and rehabilitation. Also pay attention to the care of our party faces social and tribal leaders and religious scholars in Kurdistan, they are the result of stages of social and economic history of our nation and our Kurdish.

About the Kurds and the Kurdish issue:

* Maintaining the benefits of our Kurdish people in Iraq within the federal common one, which was the outcome of our glorious struggle and sacrifices over the long history of struggle.

* Kurdish people in Iraq are  main part  in the Iraqi people.

* Kurdish people in Iraq are part of the Kurdish nation.

* Raise awareness of the Kurdish national identity in Iraq in the framework of the project supports the cultural future of a modern state and civil society and its institutions in the Kurdistan Region.

• Work for the establishment of the national culture, Kurdish, which maintain national specificities.

* Party holds national concern and resistance to the Iraqi projects aimed to divide the home with privacy in the national aspirations within the federal unified Iraq.

* Our party supports the alliance between the forces and groups and political parties that reject the occupation and foreign domination unparalleled views of all.

* Elimination of the consequences of population displacement in its various forms, areas and find a radical solution to the suffering created by this displacement and removal of the social and national legacy.

* Need to define the territory of Kurdistan coverage areas with a majority Kurdish population and annexation of.

* Consider the party to the Kurdish citizens as a supreme value in the Kurdish community and a symbol of his bid.

* Consider the party of freedom as the goal and the means and the exercise is in accordance with the legitimate ways.

* Consider the party that social justice and the law must prevail in dealing with everyone.

* Defense of the dignity of the citizen and the rights and freedoms in general and consolidation as a natural right of human beings.

* The party believes that the defense of human rights guarantees for more freedoms and dignity of the community.

* Work to implement the administrative reform is real and done in state agencies eliminate corruption and cronyism, and the organization of the service on grounds of efficiency.

* The party believes that the power of the people and that only the source of power exercised through the institutions accountable to it and subject to control and that any government would not be free, representative government is not emanating from the will.

* The  Party aims to deepen democracy on the basis of political and party pluralism, intellectual and respect the choices of citizens in the region.

* Party adopts the logic of justice and the right as the basis in its relations with different bodies and organizations and other political parties.

 THE Party believes in the equality of all Iraqis, regardless of their ethnic, religious and sectarian fact that Iraq is a country for all.

The party will struggle for sovereignty, independence and free decision of Iraq and Iraqis.

Supported all the political forces and parties opposed to foreign domination of our country.

The Party is calling for national reconciliation and a genuine popular and comprehensive basis the spirit of tolerance and forgiveness and move away from the spirit of revenge and retaliation.

The party believes that the comprehensive national dialogue reflects the reality of the national will, a civilized way to achieve coexistence and communication between all components of the Iraqi people and the forces and political parties and groups of all political.

A new constitution to achieve consensus among all political forces without exception, and ensuring political pluralism without marginalization or exclusion of any political component in the country.

The party believes that the consolidation of democratic values will be only through the spirit of tolerance and openness, and not the meaning of democracy in the absence of tolerance and respect for freedom of thought and belief.

The party believes that achieving the overall security and stability will not be in the country, through national reconciliation in thought and style among all segments of Iraqi society and groups.

The party will work to counter all projects that aim to divide Iraq into entities associated with regional and international strategies.

The party believes that the defense of the Iraqi nation in the face of any ambitions for Foreign Affairs of the duty of everyone.

Party aims to launch a democratic freedoms for Iraqis and building a state of law and institutions and the rule of law wherever it as the basis for social progress.

The party will struggle to consolidate peace in the world through a more just and humane.

Support the right of peoples to freedom, progress, democracy and self-determination.

Collaboration and cooperation with all States on the basis of the Charter of the United Nations and international organizations and regional interests, including Iraq.

Cooperation with Arab countries and support the policies of Arab solidarity and the Charter of the League of Arab States.

Support the right of all peoples to sovereignty over its territory and in the home and the fight against foreign domination it.

Support option of the Arab nation to exist and to strengthen the cultural affiliation and future.

The development of Iraq's relations with all countries of the world, including Iraq's national interests.

Work to find the best relations of cooperation and coordination with various parties and political forces to find the positions and joint ventures in light of the current political, economic and social development in the world. 

IV / economic sphere: 

* The party struggles to achieve economic development, comprehensive and balanced in the region through economic and social development and the achievement of justice in the light of democracy and the rule of human relations.

*Provide all the humanitarian needs of the citizen to achieve happiness and well-being.

* The struggle for the expansion of national wealth and to maximize the material base of the Territory to build the national economy and development.

* Put  Plans and programs in the areas of agricultural, industrial, scientific and technological

* Economic policy to provide the citizens of democracy in the region and take advantage of material  abilities and good employment.

* Forward the region towards privatization and encourage foreign investments in the framework of full transparency and government oversight.

*Achieve social justice editing capabilities and promoting equal opportunities and equal and equitable distribution of wealth among citizens in all areas.

*Establishment of banks to perform its role in the agricultural, industrial, commercial and development fields and granting  loans  for citizens.

• Work to secure adequate housing for citizens and lever them installments rewarding and long-term.

*Providing  of oil products at reasonable prices suited to the  living situation of the citizens.

* Focus on tourism in the region and the establishment of tourist facilities as well as aspects of national wealth.

* Citizen awareness of the importance of maximizing production and productivity and foster a culture of technology, production and seek to create a productive society. 

 V / Culture and Education:

Giving attention to education and higher education and the adoption of modern curricula to ensure  scientific and worldly development in the territory .

To pursue advanced educational policy and the maintenance of material  and spiritual  interests of young people and  students and  presenting them care ..

*Adoption of the principle of compulsory education and free of charge.

*Given the paramount importance of continuing development in the social, cultural, educational, education and information in the field of communications and technology.

*Opening on  all world cultures.

*The theory of the party  is combining between  tradition and modernity.

* benefit from  the historical experiences of peoples  and the humanitarian stock  of their  intellectual and scientific achievements and interact with them. 

VI / in social life and health:

 * The Party aims to secure a decent life for citizens and works to create a community all its citizens have equal opportunities in education, employment, housing and health.

*The need for comprehensive health insurance to all citizens.

*Opening  role for the orphans, the disabled, the elderly and full care  of them.

* The Party seeks to achieve social justice to ensure a decent life for every citizen needs and secure living, employment and health.

*Enshrine the right  of childhood and motherhood in a happy life and the expansion of nurseries across the region. 

VII / Party's view towards religion:

· Support the Islamic identity of the Kurds with abiding respect for religions and beliefs and all other maintenance of their rights and their freedom to practice their religion such as Christianity, Yezidis and Mandaeans and the rest of other religions.

* Our party understands that Islam is  the source of the high values rejects violence and intolerance and it is the  religion  of reason and science and justice, moderation and tolerance as other religions.

* Islam the source of a fundamental source of legislation laws.

*our party  believes that Islam is  the doctrine and the law, which stems from a comprehensive view of the universe and human life and the law governing the various fields of life ... A spiritual affiliation with the intellectual culture to differentiate between Islam the selected frames of party organizations and sectarian religion, Islam, which is open space and general reference for all.

* the party  is considering  the issue of faith matter of conscience, not one has the right to be held to the other on what might be called sort of default in the performance of ritual because the man's relationship with the Lord, a direct relationship without intermediaries ... Are considered as a great civilization of Islam adopted heaven and earth.  

VIII /  the party  views to the Palestinian issue:

* The defense on the issue of Palestine  is Arab, religious, and humanitarian duty and the Palestinian people  has the right and the decision to self-determination and liberation of its territory and statehood of the Palestinian right to live peace and security. The Palestinian people alone have the resolution and the option to follow all the different methods of struggle to secure the right  .our party  reject any tutelage on the Palestinian people from any party whatsoever.  

IX / Party's view of women:

* Give women full rights to education and learning, ownership, inheritance, and respect for the integrity and the legitimate rights of the evolution of society and service in various fields like men and to hold public office at all levels of all the action that would influence the policy of society and culture, including the freedom of expression and political participation in the broadest sense from running for legislative elections, voting and engage in civil society while maintaining their full rights.  

X. / Environment:

* Party is calling for full attention to environmental issues in the region and work to activate the enactment of laws and regulations relating to protection.

*Solving environmental problems in the region, which is further aggravated by industrial, agricultural and trade  developments .

11th / Civilizations dialogue

The  party is considering the  dialogue of civilizations as  the best ways for communication between peoples and nations rather than violence and confrontation, so it supports positive dialogue among civilizations to highlight the true image of religions and cultures when the peoples, nations and open channels of communication between communities and research common issues  especially in regard to humanitarian issues.  

12th /  The party ,s  views to terrorism:

* Our party supports the legitimate national resistance of peoples against foreign invasion and occupation which exposed countries and fighting terrorism.

* The  Party aims to deepen the spirit of citizenship and establish the concept of the State as expressing the will of the people and the guarantor of the survival of the nation and its growth and prosperity.

* The abolition of sectarianism after establishing the principle of equality between citizens of one country.

* To renounce violence and address its forms and manifestations and sources of destructive in Iraqi society and the fight against terrorism and its opposition to hazardous linking terrorism to restrict rights and freedoms of citizens.

The people  is the inexhaustible source of fighters for freedom and justice and our Kurdish people gathering    around the masses of our party sponsor to address the elements that are trying to discredit the principles and objectives of wealthy wars, parties, and biased and associated external agendas as is the ability to create the atmosphere of democracy ..

          All parties  are competing  on the ground in order to serve the people and realize their hopes and wishes in a free, happy  and dignified life.
